Arrived after all day driving when you dreaming only about good night sleep, even though they promising “24 hours working”, no notification about early check-in after booking - reception is close, no one picking up the phone.

Bed very comfortable and a real Queen size bed. Room very clean. Lots of water in the shower and sink. Room/heating perfect when we arrived. I would recommend that place :)

Lovely accommodation option!
Delightful little motel within walking distance of the centre of Magog. The owners are super-helpful, the rooms were exactly what we were looking for for a quick weekend trip, and I'd happily stay there again if returning to Magog

Climatiseur très bruyant, lit très peu confortable. Insectes dans la chambre. Je ne crois pas que les commentaires que nous avions lus sur le site représentaient réellement des clients de l'établissement.

Very nice place. Comfortable room and less than 15 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend Motel de L’outlet.
Veranda outside the room.
Basic room.
