「I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. They then refused to refund any of the resort feees or charges.」

「The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap. 「We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. 」
