"Gorgeous hotel overlooking Lake Lugano with a very large infinity pool. Very spacious rooms, lovely marble everywhere and large balconies. Excellent facilities - pools, exercise equipment, exercise classes, delicious breakfast, great gourmet dinners and tasty bar. The grounds and gardens are lovely with incredible plants and trees."

"Location was good, right by a bus stop and a 10 minute walk up and down to Franklin University. One staff member who was a male at front desk was very friendly everyone else was fair. They advertise self service laundry but it is not available which was very disappointing as that is one feature of why I choose this hotel. Breakfast was ok, it entailed scrambled or boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, and some fruit and cereals. Loved the fresh OJ. Facilities inside are warm with no A/C expect in your room. Amenities are lacking as there was only a small bar soap and a multipurpose shampoo, we almost fell a few times in the shower and there are no mats. Make sure to bring an umbrella as soon it rains often and this hotel did not have loaners. If you like a 70’s 80’s vibe you’ll like the decor. We will be making many trips to Lugano over the next 4 years, probably won’t stay here again."

"Very nice hotel on the lakeside that i have stayed at before around 10 years ago & it didn't disappoint to return to, very nice helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely location, nice room, great breakfast, great kids play room with so many toys,gym & pool area good,pinsa in the restaurant was amazing, disappointed to leave & so was my 5 year old great granddaughter who said we should of stayed 10 days. Great location"
