「The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders...

「Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt!
