We did not check in we thought this was a best western location. This property is very old and run down looking We were I uncomfortable in these soundings bso we went further into Magee and found a best western and checked in. We would like to have our deposit refunded as this property was very unsuitable

Clean the walls and baseboard in the bathroom because it was so dusty and dirty like for years of not cleanness. At least two pillows person on the bed instead of just two pillows totaled on one bed.

Stay elsewhere
It was okay. The lady at the front desk came outside as we were unloading our car. She kept wandering around, staring at me & my 2 young sons. I thought perhaps she was looking out for us, but it just felt quite odd. I felt very uncomfortable. The room was also dingy, felt dirty & had such a small amount of coffee I couldn’t make a single cup. There was also very tiny bottle of very cheap shampoo that wasn’t enough for the kids & I. Overall it was a pretty unpleasant experience.

It’s not that bad. It has old smell to the room. It’s outdated that needs to be upgrade. Pillow smelled like old sweat.

There were mold in the bathroom the carpet was filthy. The towels were filthy. The bed was filthy, and it smells horrible inside of the room.

Anywhere but here!!!
Rude person during check-in was a great start. I have stayed at lower end hotels many times and understand "You get what you pay for". But this place was filthy. Old furnishings, very dim lighting. Bedspread felt crusty. I went out and purchased liquid bleach and lysol and poured them in the tub. Added water to fill the tub then let it sit for 2 hours. Didn't make any difference so never even took shower or bath...bathroom just too nasty to use. Towels small and threadbare. So no shower and no sleep as no one was willing to sleep in the bed. Felt like critters were crawling on you. My advice: Stay anywhere but here.
