ちょっと宿が古い
宿が古いので少々汚れが目立ちますが、部屋は広くてよかったと思います。
あと、防音がイマイチですね。隣の部屋の声が結構聞こえたので、もう少し防音されたほうがよいかなと。（施設全体が古いので仕方ないのかもしれませんが。）
あと、Hotels.comだと子供料金の概念がないようで(大人料金と一緒)、そこはちょっと残念でした。
ただ、総合的には満足しています。

料理と立地は最高
バイキングが良い。夕食には地酒の飲み放題もあり、炙り寿司など料理の種類も豊富でした。お風呂も茶色のお湯で、手荒れに少し効いたようです。一つだけ、部屋のエアコンの利きが悪くて暖かくならなかったのが残念です。
石段も近くで、行く途中に金太夫の足湯があり、ゆっくり浸かれました。バス停もすぐ近くです。

このホテルは実は振り替えになり、泊まっていなくて、伊香保グランドホテルに宿泊になったので、伊香保グランドホテルについての感想です。とてもスタッフの対応も良く、施設は古いけど、とても楽しめました。

貸切風呂が良かった
伊香保の石段はすぐ近くです。
貸切風呂もあり、露天風呂２内湯４あります。予約すれば無料で利用できます。施設内は７階に大浴場と一階は洗い場無しの露天風呂があります。
夕飯も朝食もバイキング形式でコロナ禍なので宿泊制限しているので食事中も人がいっぱいって事はありませんでした。

Great getaway for the price!
Our room had a nice mountain view and was recently renovated. It was huge for two of us. The tub was perfect and new. The water pressure is really strong throughout the day. The check-in was fast. We had included dinner and breakfast with the room. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink with (wine, beer, saki, soda, etc) were nice. The dinner and breakfast were catered for the Asian (Japanese) people. There were a few Western dishes. The interior of the hotel is clean and bright but old. There are lots of restaurants and places to visit around the hotel. It is safe and quiet.

付き合い初めのカップル向けではありませんが
中学生の子供と宿泊。高い旅館の食事も子供は好きでないので、自分で好きなものを選べるビュッフェで、温泉がありこの値段。十分です。食事の補充も適宜してくれるし、他の伊東園グループよりも充実した印象です。カラオケや卓球も楽しめました。部屋はうーんといった感じなので、付き合い初めのカップル向けではありませんが、気心の知れた人とならいいのでは。

多くを望まなければ・・・
古い旅館で経営が厳しいのがよくわかります。大手が買収して何とか永らえている感じです。
大浴場といっても小さめで、展望露天風呂といっても大して眺めがいいわけではありませんでした。
夕朝食ともブッフェでしたが朝食は時間が決められていないので席を確保するのに時間がかかりました。ドリンクバーにアルコールが含まれているのはよかった。最近はそういう傾向なのでしょうか。
石段には近いので観光にはいい立地だと思います。

貸切風呂は外に出たはなれにあります。
バイキングですが、補充がとても遅かったです。
品数も少なかったです。
部屋の壁が薄いので音漏れに敏感な方は注意です。
フロントの方達が愛想が良く、好感が持てたのでそれがせめてもの救いでした。

窓の掃除が行き届いてなくがっかりです。
食事はバイキングで期待してなかったのですが、食べてる最中に横のテーブルで片付けがはじまり、食べ残しをバケツに入れていたのにはビックリしました。
こんな酷いのは初めてでした。お値段も紅葉の時期とはいえ1人2万ほどだしているのにこんなバイキングで酷い思いをしたのは初めてです。
