"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. The guest rooms are nicely appointed, however they are old and need some maintenance to update them. I saw a couple...

"We had a lovely stay here - very relaxing after downtown Chiang Mai. I had thought it would be even more remote but it is surrounded by the paddy fields and sunsets are beautiful. There is only one place to eat on the property and home cooked meals take time, but for anything else you need to take a Grab, Gorgeous swimming pool, and lovely setting"

" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. "Everyone at FS Chiang Mai was amazing. Every single person was friendly, kind, hospitable, made effort to learn my name and greet me with a friendly conversation each time I saw them. My only feedback would be that the promotions sheet in room didn't quite align with the spa. Spa was amazing, my therapist had magical hands, but didn't quite get the promo applied. Even so, still had an amazing experience. Khop khun kha to everyone at the FS Chiang Mai. :)"

Still; the best experience was probably the staff. Friendly and helpful way over and beyond the line of duty. I felt at home, with friends . . . not "staff". Very rare."
