「The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. The manager arranged transport to the border, and his son accompanied us there, then hired a van to take us from the Thai departure desk to the Myanmar immigration window.
