The area was quiet but this made it more special. The staff were most helpful and assisted in arranging a collection and drop off to the local ferry port. 「We stayed on Koh Phangan for 11 days, from 2-13 August 2023. The resort is located directly on the beach, offers close shopping facilities and is well maintained. The rooms were large and nicely furnished. The absolute highlight is the family that manages the hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Everyone is very helpful. After a few days you almost feel like part of the family. We can definitely recommend a stay and will definitely come back as soon as possible…」

「這次在phangan6星期的旅程，是沒有預任何酒店，在haad Yao 海灘附近隨便訂了兩間比haad Yao bay view 貴一點的酒店，服務好，但房間不太清潔床上還有頭髮，最後嘗試入住haad Yao bay view, 一住就住了5星期，價錢平便，服務親切，每天都把房間清潔得乾乾淨淨，走幾步就到沙灘，附近有兩超級市場非常方便，如果由酒店到巿集只需20分鐘車程，酒店亦有租電單車服務，面向沙灘，風景一流，亦定時有殺蟲，絕對一流，相比起這小島其他酒店同等價錢絕對不會失望，一定會再到，值得推介。」

「Lovely property with fantastic staff. Special mention for Rainnie for all her help resolving transport and changes. Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint. Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water. Very quiet at night. Decent size pool and sun loungers. Nice gym area too. 」

「Beautiful property with very kind and helpful staff. You can easily rent motor bikes or get taxi’s to town. There are no elevators and a decent amount of stairs. It was fine for us but I could see how it might be a problem for older or disabled people. 」
