Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location.

Fantastic hotel that is in the heart of gran via - everything you need is a walk away. The hotel itself is very clean, modern and has great amenities. My only complaint is the extremely slow elevator it felt as though it was going to stop working at any moment yikes!

Great central base

We travelled as four friends who wanted a base in central madrid, and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was excellent, right outside a metro stop, and very central. The apartment was great - well équipes and a pretty high end finish. The double bedroom sofa bed worked well for us. The roof top pool although small had incredible views and the roof top lounge area was a great place to chill out.

Overall a great experience. Spent 12 days at the property. Had a problem at check in with the room that I had reserved not being available, but this was resolved the following day. Staff was pleasant and professional. Room was modern and very clean, bed comfortable. Sofa in bad shape and needs to be updated immediately, but the rest of the apartment was excellent. Construction in the hallway during the last day of my stay was somewhat bothersome but completed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Leider entsprechen die Bilder des Pools und Terrasse nicht so der Verkaufsidealität.....zu voll und schlechter Service...zudem sollte so eine Terrasse eher auch den ganzen Abend offen und bedient sein...sehr schade. Bien hierüber seht enttäuscht...auch finde ich die Art des Zimmerservices...dass man für die tägliche Reinigung separat bezahlen muss nicht gut...entspricht eher dem Modell einer Flugbuchung aber nicht würdig für ein Hotel im Segment 4-Sterne....sehr schade!
