Really enjoyed our stay. Power outage across Madrid and staff on site carried my 20kg suitcase 5 storeys to the apartment. Also was so understanding when we made error with check out. Phone support was excellent too. Highly recommend 😀

Overall good apartment for a family. Walls are very beat up and the kitchen has now oven. Reaponsive staff and cleaning when needed. Would come back.

The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location. The sound proofed windows were wonderful and allowed us the quiet we needed! So much space if you need it! The only critique I have is that the washer/dryer is not great, didn’t wash the clothes thoroughly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry the small load I did.

This property is clean, walking distance to the center, nice neighborhood, it has AC, washer machine. The dryer does not work fast as it is part of the washer. Nice cafeterias around. Madrid is not clean. Garbages on the street everywhere

Large family apartment for good price and location

Great comfortable apartment for 6 people. Modern, well equipped, comfortable beds, and very clean. Self check in was ok, I always prefer someone at reception but had good interaction by phone or email with staff so no difficulties at all. Location is residential and has lots of choices for food, shopping and transportation. Next to my favourite Madrid area Malasaña.

Avoid this place please

This is a really to avoid place, and I wonder why these places are still here. This "hotel" is often booked by "proffessional" women who date man in the night for money. So be ready to surprises over night, a lot of screams, fights in the stairs. I should have reported this case to the police, but the property refused to pay me back my money, unbelievable...

The facilities are fine. It was gone 3pm on the day and still hadn’t got entry details. I wasted over 2 hours phoning and emailing and using Expedia chat trying to get in. This put a downer on the whole experience.

Deceptive advertising. Paid for a 968 sq ft apartment and got a 600 sq ft apartment. Apartment was very unsanitary, furniture heavily soiled and spotted. Was too dirty to sit on had to cover with bed sheets. One set of towels provided; no cleaning services for 9 nights stay. No onsite office and customer service blocked my number when I contacted them to correct these issues. Housekeeper denied to change out linen and towels on a daily basis. Was very rude and abrupt. Horrible service, and would never lodge or recommend Slow Suites Luchana ever. There are other reviews mentioning the same bad experiences. Expedia should remove them from their property listings, as they are very dishonest and offer zero guest services. I am highly disappointed in this place. Had to borrow a mop and bucket to clean the entire apartment before we could sit anywhere.
