Agréablement surpris. Bon d'accord le mobilier n'est pas tendance mais l'équipement de la chambre est top ! Frigo fer à repasser double vitrage bouilloire chrome cast. Ma chambre au 11ème avait une vue sur la gran Via et le palais royal au fond, pas de bruit de la rue mais un peu du couloir. La salle de gym n'est pas top trop petite et pas de tapis de course. Hôtel à recommander

Lo mejor el personal y la limpieza. Un hotel con una buena situación, vestigios de una vieja gloria que intenta resurgir a fuerza de ofertas y de un personal de altura. El spa cerrado y no gestionado, al parecer, por el establecimiento, necesita ponerse al día, las habitaciones necesitan una buena puesta a punto

Hotel en ubicación muy centrica. Todo estaba a la algura de la categoria 4 estrella, si bien el colchón necesitaba cambio y no se advirtio a la hora de la reserva que el Spa no estaba abierto.

La recepcion muy floja... el dia que llegamos, nos atendio personal mal Aseado....Olor y cuello sucio... vieron que estabamos renegando para el ingreso del equipaje, y Ni se molestaron... al irnos Igual, con el agravakye, qie solicitamos 1 yora antes sercicio al aeropuerto, le recordamos 10 minutos antes... a la media hora le reclamamos, y tuvimos que tomar taxi en la Calle...
