nice place

The hotel is vell kept the rooms are comfortable but a bit small. on the downside the wifi was week and didnt work in our room. Locaction is great an its walking distance to everything. Staff if friendly and nice. Just outside there are many good restaurants and bars.. All over it was a good place to stay for a long weekend in Madrid

Adequate room, bad wifi connection

First of all, there was not an elevator... The room was little but clean, with the basic furniture. There was a good TV and AC. The bathroom was OK. The internet connection was very poor, I just could get wifi connection for a few minutes in my room, I had to tether my mobile line with weak cellular signal (maybe other rooms don't have this problem). The staff was polite, but could be more friendly and helpful. My experience was more like renting a studio than staying in a hotel/hostel. Apart of the bad internet, I could come back in a next time

Don't overnight here

The worst I ever experienced. Who does this hotel offer for more than 3000kr a room that has windows to the street? beside to a party zone that it's incredibly noisy the whole night, you might not sleep until 6 am. the only solution offered was "I can give you another room in the upper floor" like I´m not gonna hear all the terrible noise anyway! I was traveling for work and I felt forced to leave cause of the anxiety that this has caused me. Horrible that customers must pay for a hotel that are basically kicked out for this problems.

Nosotros reservamos la opción que tienen de apartamento y teníamos un pisito, con habitación matrimonial, cocina y dos baños para nosotros solos. La limpieza era inmejorable y la señorita que nos atendió en la recepción muy amable. Llegamos muy tarde, ya que perdimos el tren y tuvimos que buscar alojamiento, y todo fueron facilidades. Al final nos alegramos de haber perdido ese tren. Gracias por todo.

Avis très défavorable...

Hyper bruyant ! Nous n'avons pas pu dormir avant 6 du matin. Quartier de fête de nuit, il faut le savoir et chambres au dessus d'une boîte de nuit. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble en mauvais état avec quelques chambres "d'hôtel". Le geste commercial demandé à été balayé d'un revers de main de manière très désagréable ! Je ne recommande pas du tout. Et le prix, n'en parlons pas.... Nous avons dû changer d'hôtel....

Posizione centrale, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, ma camera molto piccola e abbastanza rumorosa. Durante il nostro soggiorno durato 3 notti NON ci sono stati servizi di pulizia in camera, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani: non accettabile!

Resumiendo un poco todo, la recepción mal, estuve un rato llamando al timbre y no contestaba nadie, llamo por telefono y el numero no existe, por fin consigo entrar y me dice elnseñor de recepción con tono despectivo, pues yo estaba aqui. Me encontre pelos en la almohada, el wc esta tan mal colocado que nobte puedes sentar, tienes que estar de lado, el lavabo con la silicona despegada, vamos no repetiré.

La habitación estaba bien, pero la entrada da vergüenza, y la puerta de fuera no cerraba siquiera. Debajo tiene una discoteca y da mucho ruido y no pudimos dormir apenas.

El alojamiento precio calidad correcta, habitación limpia pero las toallas en muy malas condiciones. Mucho ruido en la habitación por los aire acondicionados situados muy próximos a la habitación además de la música de la calle que terminaba a altas horas. A pesar de eso la ubicación estupenda.
