The location is excellent. The overall property is lovely although a bit tired. The rooms were in need of an update and were slightly dirty. The restaurant was pretty, condescending wait staff and mediocre food for the cost. The outside area is lovely and unusual for the city location.

It is very hard to condense in a few word our stay in Santo Mauro. EVERYTHING, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING has been perfect. We stayed in this hotel as we wanted to treat ourselves for a few days before and after our wedding... well, the team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and memorable. Everyone was really helpful and willing to make our stay special, and they definitely succeeded. The rooms are from out of this world, the beds are second to none, the service is superb, and the details and attentions the staff had with us will never be forgotten... and I could go on and on and on. Thank you so much to the whole team for making an already special day even better, we will definitely come back for our wedding anniversary!

El Hotel es precioso, una propiedad llena de diseño y lujo, el personal muy atento, muy al nivel del Hotel que son, la ubicación fenomenal si buscas ir de compras calle Serrano queda a pocos minutos caminando, pero la habitación muy obscura todo el tiempo, la iluminación muy tenue, batallé con ese tema toda mi estadía, me sentí en todo momento encerrada, porq es imposible abrir cortinas ya que enfrente otra ventana de otra habitación estaba y se veía todo, la limpieza no me encanto… por el nivel y el precio uno espera entrar y oler ese aroma que te dan los Hoteles de lujo, pero todo el tiempo tenía un olor peculiar, la primer mañana desayuné en habitación las mermeladas y el pan quedaron por 2 días más (nunca se levantaron), tomé una cerveza del mini bar nunca levantaron el envase tuve q tirarlo yo,etc esos detallles que por el precio piensas q están pulidos y resueltos, pero no fue así.
