A small room equiped with everything needed. The house itself is poorly soundproofed, but we did not hear noise from the street. The blankets were warm enough for cool march days.

The apartment was fine, 2 bedrooms + sofa bed. A very small and crowded shower, a kitchenette and utensils that were not clean at all and to use we had to clean them thoroughly. Good location, good Wi-Fi and good personal service. In terms of cleaning the apartment - the towels and the trash bag were changed, but no cleaning was done beyond that.

Perfect!!

Perfect location in the heart of madrid. Close to all the main attractions. 5 minutes walk to Santo Domingo and plaza de espana metro station. Hotel was clean with good size rooms and bathroom. Also very nice respontionist. Would recommend for anyone.

Une adresse Ơ retenir, Ơ cotƩ de Callao

Hostal trĆØs bien placĆ© dans le centre de Madrid, proche de tout. Aucun problĆØme Ć  signaler, tout Ć©tait conforme Ć  la description. Si je devais donner un conseil aux futurs clients, peut ĆŖtre j'aviserais de prĆ©voir des bouchons pour les oreilles pour la nuit. Il ne s'agit pas du tout de bruit de la rue ou d'autres clients, mais simplement de la prĆ©sence du parquet dans l'immeuble, qui laisse entendre les pas de ceux qui se trouvent Ć  l'Ć©tage supĆ©rieure. Moi, qui ai un sommeil lĆ©ger, j'ai trĆØs bien dormi avec des bouchons. Pour le reste, trĆØs propre, avec serviettes changĆ©s tous le jours, et un belle salle de bain fraĆ®chement rĆ©novĆ©e. Pour le petit dĆ©jeuner, bar sympathique en face, ou au choix petit coin cuisine avec micro-ondes dans les parties communes. Je sĆ©journerai volontiers Ć  nouveau ici, si l'occasion se prĆ©sente.

Al entrar habĆ­a pelusas enormes en la habitaciĆ³n, el WC tenĆ­a restos, estuve en la nĆŗmero seis, habitaciĆ³n sin personalidad ninguna, mesa, silla de plĆ”stico y cabeceros de IKEA, la cerradura del baƱo rota, la estanterĆ­a de las toallas descolgada, la rejilla de ventilaciĆ³n del baƱo sucia, no hay ventilaciĆ³n forzada en un baƱo minĆŗsculo, el frigorĆ­fico en el suelo directamente, no hay sitio para poner la maleta. HabĆ­an quitado el servicio de limpieza por el Covid 19 que es cuando mĆ”s higiene habĆ­a que tener, el mundo al revĆ©s, no habĆ­a papelera en la habitaciĆ³n y en la mesa no puedes poner el ordenador porque la ocupa la televisiĆ³n, los canales de esta, estĆ”n bloqueados y solo se puede ver los que han seleccionado ellos protegidos con clave, si busca un hostal de tres estrellas, este no lo es. Tengo fotos de lo que digo pero el sistema no me permite colgarlas.

Hotel bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pĆ©. FĆ”cil acesso utilizando transporte pĆŗblico. Limpeza, instalaƧƵes e atendimento ok. Chegamos muito cedo, guardaram nossas malas, porĆ©m o quarto sĆ³ foi liberado no horĆ”rio estipulado.

J'ai surtout apprĆ©ciĆ© sa localisation, prĆØs de la Gran Via. J'ai moins aimĆ© l'attitude du personnel, qu'on a plutĆ“t l'air de dĆ©ranger. Le hall d'entrĆ©e de l'hĆ“tel est aussi accueillant que celui d'une prison mĆ©diĆ©vale.

dDcht dat t hotel was, maar eigenlijk serie kamers in oud pand. Alles heel proper en goede kamerverzorging. Maar leek ook een beetje op een klooster. Geen receptie, geen bar, niks. Maar vlak bij Oud Madrid en prima uitvalsbasis als je de hele dag door Madrid sjouwt.

No se cumplen horarios de recepciĆ³n

Las condiciones de recepciĆ³n no estan claras. El horario de recepciĆ³n no se cumple, ni estan a las 8 am ni se quedan hasta las 22 h, con lo que hay riesgo de dejar el equipaje en recepciĆ³n y quedarse sin poder retirarlo para cintinuar viaje.
