Very nice hotel!! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It had everything you could possibly need: robes, dental kits, plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, a nespresso machine, fridge, a large bottle of water and 2 truffles and an adorable courtyard! Close to Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, el Barrio de las Letras, Puerta del Sol. We would definitely stay again.

The room was plain small, but tidy uncomfortable. We got special permission to bring our rented bicycles and leave them in the room. That was much appreciated. The staff was very helpful and friendly in every way. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, although it would be just perfect to have a bit of a view for the breakfast room, but it didn’t take away from the excellent experience and great food. The location was close to everything. The fresh squeezed orange juice and the yogurt bar where I stand out. The staff had very good English, and we felt welcomed and comfortable the whole time. We will come back again.
