Great location for airport, tube & athletico madrid (for concert). Nice places to eat nearby. Downside temperature 35 degrees plus pool not open, opened on last day. Municipal pools open May 15th in rest of madrid ridiculous! And offer airport shuttle but only between 7 & 2pm!

Excellent hotel and excellent service

The hotel is placed in very quiet region of Madrid. 7-8 minutes from Metro and buses stations by feet. Free shuttle to and from airport (limited hours). I very recommend this hotel!

Very good value for money, friendly staff. Breakfast is basic but ok. Clearly for a night or 2 while visiting Madrid is a good option. Plenty of car space around the hotel

Nice hotel close to the airport Madrid and exhibition center IFEMA! Nice and friendly team! But the rooms and facilities needs to be refurbished! Especially compared to the pricing! The rates are fair - more or less... but all over a little bit too high according to the rooms...

Everything was really good, good price for Madrid, metro station is really close, aprox 6-7 min from hotel. Also they have their own transfer to the airport and that is included in price!

Good staff, close to transportation services, nearby gardens and no issue in finding car parking. The hotel rooms are absolutely not 4*, old (batroom still have the tube from the 90',bedspreads although clean with visible stains), somehow dark ... just an old room that stream for a complete renewal or better to be rebuild from 0.
