The location was excellent but without any staff on site, many people stood for nearly an hour at the front door trying to figure out the system to get in. It was not explained very well and the instructions were confusing and poorly managed, from the customer's perspective. Once we learned the system, the rest worked out well. There was no one onsite to contact, and the number provided did not answer. Also, no one responded to email. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no television in the room. It felt like a dormitory room. Very basic. The shared bathroom was a surprise, but it worked out. The trick is to be the first one in to shower the night before. Also there were so many threats to be charged additional fees that it felt unwelcoming. If this is the future of AI Hoteling, I won't do it again. There has to be a human interface somewhere along the line.
