飯店周圍環境非常漂亮！房間很舒服還有陽臺，景色棒極了！早餐也很好吃！不敢相信這間五星飯店居然只要2700台幣，來馬德里絕對不可錯過！

一、訂位時有告知是蜜月旅行，但並沒有給我們任何特殊待遇～ 二、打掃人員竟然把我原本放在枕頭上的睡衣褲隨意擺在髒的行李箱上 三、清潔備品於打掃完之後補充不齊，喝完的咖啡膠囊在整理完房間之後竟然還是空的

A good hotel to stay near Atocha Station
Nice service and environment, clean and tidy. Just have no kettle for boiling water in room but it's not a major issue.

Front desk staffs were super friendly and helpful
Spacious room with giant jacuzzi, absolutely beautiful modern decoration with the most cozy bed and couch. The breakfast was quite delicious. The only thing that can be improved is the rooms without free wifi. Would recommend to friends.

酒店在一条安静的马路旁，离火车站较近。酒店的早餐非常棒，有西班牙火腿哦，非常值得推荐。

感觉非常不万豪 和国内的服务差太多了 感觉白金也是没什么用 网络极慢 出水量花洒等于没有 没有烧水壶和水 电视没有太多选择 不过装修还算现代 地点也不错

酒店客房Wifi需要付费20欧，只有大堂有免费wifi。很不方便，很遗憾这居然是万豪旗下的四星酒店。洗手间的洗手盆居然是斜的，洗脸狂往地上，脚面上滴水。淋浴间没门，洗澡洗手间里都是水。差评。国内大房间的如家水平，汉庭都拼不过。

Design Hotel close to Atocha
This hotel is a design hotel, so everything is supposed to look chic; on the flip side it might not for everyone's taste, and may sacrifice usability for the design concept. The hotel is located very close to Atocha station, which is about 10 minutes walk with luggage if one takes the side door. Our room had a non functioning air condition, which forced us to leave the window open and loved around our bed to be closer to ventilation. Because of this we might consider staying at a NH hotel next time

not as good as expected
first of all, it's not that close to train station entrance by walking as expected. direct distance maybe 300M, but walking distance is about 800-900M. the neighborhood is not good. unclean, lots of tramps, no good restaurant. services is not up to a four-star standard. nobreak, no gym, no swimming pool, no restaurant, and staff is not helpful giving guidance of the city. room is small. however it's clean and still relatively close to the main museums.

hemos repetido en este hotel y sin duda alguna os lo recomiendo si tenéis previsto ir a Madrid. El alojamiento dispone de una habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy modernas. Mu tranquilo y sin ruidos. un Bufet para los almuerzos con mucha variedad, dispone de parquin en el mismo Hotel. El personal es muy familiar, excelente trato con el cliente. Sin duda alguna mas que recomendable, volveremos a repetir!!!

ホテルはアトーチャ駅から近く、便利な立地です。 ただホテル周辺は暗いので女性の一人歩きは少し怖いなと思いました。 ホテルは清潔で施設も新しく良かったです。 スタッフも親切で優しかったです。 シャワーのために洗面台の前で着替えようとすると鏡越しにベッドにいる友だちと目が合ったので、気まずかったです。 それ以外はとても満足でした。
