It may be an older property, but my room was spacious, clean, fashionable bedding and art work.
Soft comfortable bed, helped me get a good night's sleep.
The shower has plenty of hot water, just like I like while out on a roadtrip.
I enjoy my experience with red roof inn the room was clean everything was working no complaints at all. I will be booking with them next year for family reunion again.
The owner was very pleasant & when I arrived several hours late he checked me in & was very nice. I extended my stay by a day & it was easier than at other hotels. The property is older but well kept & clean. Much better stay than at more expensive hotels. You cannot beat the room rate & quality of this hotel. Will definitely stay again in the futute.
Was an older hotel..swimming pool had been filled in with concrete so court yard was not aesthetically pleasing. Area round hotel contained closed businesses and was right on the interstate. Rooms were clean and check in clerk was pleasant
The service was great! The front desk person even turned the AC down to cool off the room before we got there, which was much appreciated! The room was fine, except it smelled like cigarette smoke. We would stay there again, just in a different room, lol.
I stayed here for one night during a road trip and was mainly looking for something affordable just to get some sleep. The staff was friendly, the property was quiet, and I appreciated that the parking lot was well lit with visible security cameras, which made me feel more comfortable about my vehicle.
That said, the room itself felt very dated and had a noticeable “old” smell when I walked in. The AC wasn’t on upon arrival, so it took a bit to cool the room down. Unfortunately, there were also some cleanliness concerns—the duvet had cigarette burns, and the bathroom had a strong urine odor.
Overall, it served its basic purpose for a quick overnight stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in upkeep and cleanliness.
I arrived a bit early butdecoded to go ahead and stop by. Themanagerwasa wonderful person so friendly. Anyway my room Was beautiful, and So very clean. My dogs were welcome. They had a station for them to explore. Poop station supplies. The room has a front door and each room has a sliding glass door. Heavy blackout draws and a very secure locking system. I enjoyed the red roof in. If stay in Madisonville again. I will stay here.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
Decent no frills. Clean
Air conditioning didn’t quite work, machine would continually cut on and off and then get warmer by 9 degrees before it cooled again. Tv physically worked but cable did not. So… it was clean and it wasn’t expensive. If you just need somewhere to sleep and you are ok with it warm then cool ish. This is a great hotel.
Not the best. Room was decent and looked somewhat recently renovated, but we had some bugs in there with us. Toilet made a loud and long train whistle type sound every time it was flushed. Requested rooms that were as close as possible together only to end up at opposite ends of the building, while being told they were close. The front desk did give us a new room that was closer to the first, but it was late and having to request a second time was annoying. Staff member was overall nice. Didn't quite appreciate the shared balcony with every other room on our side of the building either and found it strange that the 1st floor seemed entirely vacant and all guests had to stay in the 2nd floor. There were no signs of a renovation or anything... Anyway, we're not planning on returning.
