「Aucun rapport entre le prix payé et la chambre proposée. Pas de climatisation,de réfrigérateur,de vue sur la montagne,d'eau chaude,et un wi fi lamentable même à l'accueil. J'ai passé une semaine sur la côte de Nosy Be et le Wi-Fi etait normal. Après discussion,j'ai obtenu la même chambre pour 40% de moins que le prix affiché sur le site de réservation. Une pure arnaque.」

「Our stay was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene, food safety & service issues. We felt completely at the mercy of the staff rather than cared for as guests. We repeatedly found insects in our food—ants, gnats, mosquitoes & beetle like bugs across multiple meals. I have a plethora of photo/video evidence. 「Déçu par cet hôtel dont les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Piscine pas entretenue, eau verte, pas de filtration …. Le restaurant et la partie cuisine n’inspirent pas à déjeuner sur place. Chambre petite et peu spacieuse, salle de bains convenable. Rapport qualité/prix insuffisant. Par contre les jardins sont entretenus et propres ! 」

「Staff were super friendly and gave us welcome drinks when we arrived. Food was really nice and they had a large selection of cocktails and mocktails. Only issue was sometimes they would make the cocktails ridiculously strong and the pillows were too hard/large for my liking」

Plusieurs jours sans wifi, quand la wifi est présente on ne capte pas dans tout l'hôtel, au début j'avais eu problème de clim on a du me changé de chambre, pas de tv dans les chambres seul 2 membres du personnels parle français si ils ne sont pas là 😅 」

「Firstly the property is up a very steep hill , there was no mention of this . The apartment is separate to the building in the photo. There was no internet , you had to go to the main building for this . The pool and breakfast was also there , we declined as it felt you were in someone’s house, intruding . Constant dog barking at night . The town itself is just a meeting point for elderly peodphiles and it was sickening .」

「Great property on the beach. Wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Staff is amazing. Make sure you have your own toiletries(which I did) for sure they don’t offer things like bath soap, shampoo, etc. Just hand soap. But overall great stay.」
