Apart from all the reviews this hotel is a good and comfy one, set aside the fact that it’s comfy. Although some of the stuff inside the room was broken and wobbly the hotel served uts purpose

Awesome customer service by Abdullah. Very spacious room.very clean inside . Very pleased and will be back again. Price is very reasonable compare other local hotels. Abdullah called for our taxi to Makkah and help us to find good restuarant. We will send here lots of our friends and fsmily members.There customer service beyond the expectation . Very friendy family place. Tv has lots of chanell for all family members.

Stay was ok .. walk from the hotel to the mosque is 20-25 minutes .. we had two rooms, the bigger of the rooms was ok, clean large and air con was fine, we even had a balcony. hotel was old and tired but did the job, some of the electric work needs looking at as it's quite poor. There is a fridge and kettle The other oom we had was small but also did the job, don't think may people would approve of the toilet in the smaller room, as mentioned the hotel needs to be ripped out and re done, lift was old and annoying and small but did the job. The hotel manager was really nice, we did have to ask for towels on more then one occasion, we used Uber to order taxis as the walk was too far to the Prophets Mosque it's definitely not 10 minutes more 20 minutes plus, area around is run down, this hotel world suit somebody on a tight budget.

Not a good place

This was the worst hotel/apparently ever. You get what you pay for. You're better off paying for a higher price hotel. This hotel doesn't have hot water, stains and ripped furniture, very rusty. We paid for a 5 day stay but it is so bad, we just left and rented another hotel.

AVOID THIS DUMP

Unclean and poor state of hotel. Faulty lift so had to carry luggage to fourth floor. Hanging electrical wires. No toilet rolls. Flies in room. Stained carpet. Unclean bedding. No towels. Photographs online are not true representation of hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
