"Reid’s Palace was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was incredible. They personally showed us around the hotel and our room, and from there, the service never stopped. Our room was serviced several times throughout the day, and every evening we came back to thoughtful little gifts and special touches waiting for us. It felt like they were constantly anticipating what we might need before we even had to ask. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really sets Reid’s Palace apart is the service. Everything feels intentional, personal, and incredibly polished. You truly feel taken care of from the moment you arrive until you leave. We have stayed at several beautiful places in Europe, but Reid’s Palace was in a category of its own. It’s more than just a luxury hotel—it’s an experience. Absolutely top tier and worth every penny. We would stay here again without hesitation"

"This hotel could be great if the staff cared enough. They were cold and unhelpful. Property is beautiful, and in an amazing location. The pools get busy. The two days we were at the rooftop pool it was Filled with loud, drunk obnoxious people."

"Beautiful property in a beautiful place. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean with an amazing view. There was no parking available for hotel (it was booked up), but lots of street parking if you arrive as the natural pools start to quiet down."

"Outdoor pools/amenities close too early. Nothing going on at night anywhere in the premises. Our room wasn’t very clean and tub/shower was small/tight."

"Hotel was good enough, late booking due to flight delays and the staff bent over backwards to sort a room for us. Only negative was cleaning materials left out all the time in entrances to accommodation blocks, seems odd for a resort of this kind"
