"Exceptional hotel. location was great. Very clean and modern. the staff went above and beyond and gave us an early check in when we arrived. One of the best complimentary breakfasts with a ton of variety. We loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Overall we can’t say a bad word about it. We would def come back!"

"Very clean in all areas, Great central location, staff extremely attentive and friendly. Only downside is the gym which is very small but was not ann inconvenience . Otherwise perfect. "

"Pillows were bad! Bumpy and piling inside and pillow case was broken. Bedsheets are loosely prepared so they all come undone when you get into the bed. Breakfast was average, location was good and walkable. Cleanliness in bathroom could be improved. Staff were quiet nice. "

"Loved the location, enjoyed the large garden rooms, breakfast was abundant and amenities were good. Parking is available on hotel grounds. The lobby needs an update to match the rest of the hotel. The room service menu could do with better options other than sandwiches. "

"Very comfortable hotel with amazing ocean views, clean, nice beds, excellent service. Breakfast was great, plenty of food to choose from. Decor is modern and fits very nicely with wilderness of Madeira. Strongly recommend for high quality hotel."
