"HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hotel for several reasons. First and foremost, the hotel is extremely clean and modern. I loved everything about the room and hotel amenities. Second, they have the best staff. DIEGO and NANCY were incredibly kind. They were amazing and went out of their way to help me when I lost my US passport. The hotel is in an amazing location and had THE BEST breakfast buffet. Cannot wait to visit again!"

"Pillows were bad! Bumpy and piling inside and pillow case was broken. Bedsheets are loosely prepared so they all come undone when you get into the bed. Breakfast was average, location was good and walkable. Cleanliness in bathroom could be improved. Staff were quiet nice. "
