貼心的服務

住宿在這裡，不僅可以幫忙代購去麥基諾島的船票，還有$2的折扣，除此之外，更重要的是還細心的替客人著想，聯繫免費接駁車，我們即使check out 了，車子還是可以省錢的停在旅店的停車場，真是太棒的貼心服務啊！

They move us to a different room because of faucets leak, the other room was hot, no air on, tub faucet leaking in there too, WI-FI slow, pool closed! We should get reimbursed for one of tge room at least! Thanks

They said they just bought the hotel so give it a month and we'll see what happens. The breakfast was just okay the first day it was a couple hours late or so. Second day it was right on time but the cleaning stuff lady I asked her a question about some pillows because the front desk said they had none and this lady had four pillows extra for me within 10 minutes. That was worth a $5 tip. For coffee and something else and I thanked her because I needed them pillows to help me sleep.. the hotel was quiet except for some of the cars that were staying there beautiful cars absolutely incredible the people were nice there they had a few complaints. But overall it needs work but they just bought it remember that so give it some time.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was old and not kept up. Our room had chewed up trim and walls from a dog presumably left in the room. The shower wall was caving in as if there was no wall behind it. There was also a bad odor in the room. Location was OK. We were able to walk to Shepplers marina ( one mile ) and leave our car at the hotel.

Staff was very hospital, especially the staff in the breakfast area. The rooms need updating, ceiling tiles stained or falling down. Bathtub won’t shut off. Tub stained. Bathroom floor tile pitied.

There was no breakfast. We waited until 7pm amd left as it was not open. No staff to check out, called and they were sleeping. Left key in room. Mold in bathroom. Shower wall falling off.

Room was ok on the cleanliness. Railing upper level are not to code, Way too low. Breakfast was ok Price was cheap. If you want a yuck cheap stay it's ok

One of the rooms the TV didn’t work. Staff came but could not fix it. Another room had no shampoo. Liked the room size and the table and chairs. Very pleasant.

I would never stay here again.. to start off the room was definitely not kept very clean. There was cobwebs everywhere. The smell was less the pleasant. An it looked like they were fummagating a mattress for bed bugs right in the parking lot. To top off the stay when we came back from a day on the town our door was wide open an 2 men were doing maintenance on the ceiling in the bathroom. Said they had a work order. Why would you ever put us in a room if you plan on doing work on said room. Was definitely upset seeing how all our personal items were in there. Save your self the problems an DONT stay here!

Liked shuttle service to and from boat dock. Bathroom was tiny and in serious need of repair Drains in shower and sink were clogged and slow. Hair dryer was not working. Lightbulbs needed replacing. Difficulty communicating with cleaning staff. Room in general needed a good cleaning.

We stayed at this property two years ago before it was taken over by Wyndam and it was excellent, clean and a good price. Since then it has become dirty, lack of repair. We will not stay here again. The chain should be embarrassed to have their name on it.
