Great hotel in a safe and quiet area. Just minutes from shopping, the train station, the bus station, and many great restaurants. They met us at the train station, took our bags and led us right to the hotel. The breakfast was great in the morning. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔でした。部屋から川が見える部屋でロケーションは最高。川の音がすごく大きいので、音が気になる人は部屋の位置を変えた方がいいかもしれません。中心地から少し離れていますが不便は感じません。ただ、スーツケースを持ってくる人は送迎を頼んだ方がいいです。

The front desk staff were excellent and helpful, and they connected us to a great guide who helped us with getting tickets to Machu Picchu, getting on bus, etc. Wonderful balcony right on the river, room was basic but all we needed.

This property is centrally located with easy access to activities. The staff was awesome! Yisela and Edison were always helpful and so kind! I would definitely recommend this hotel
