Nice place for a honey moon :)

This is the second time in this hotel. Its location is perfect. I liked this place because of the view of the mountains and the river. The breakfast was perfect.

A good, central place to stay

Very central, good staff. Not far to buy bus tickets and get the bus to MP. Near the station. Breakfast poor. Back rooms get the river view, the front get the railway😏

Just perfect!

The hotel is great. Highly recommended. Our room had a huge window with river and Mountain View. Breakfast was very good, great location closed to bus and train and the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

Nice enough hotel. It's a small boutique hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are clean and modern. There is abundant hot water for showers. They have a fantastic outdoor patio where breakfast is eaten. And it overlooks the main river and rapids. The downside to this hotel is that it's situated adjacent to the railroad tracks. Walk five steps from the front door, and you are standing on the tracks, The trains run all day and night. The noise level is quite high and the trains shake the building. Noise isolation between the hallway and the rooms is minimal. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway quite clearly. I assume the reverse is true as well.

O hotel é muito simples, porém tem um ótimo atendimento. O quarto é espaçoso com uma boa cama. Indico ficar nos quartos de frente pata o rio, nao tem o barulho do trem. O café da manhã é o que precisa melhorar! Sem opções. Quem não gosta de um pão específico não tem outro. Achei a tarifa cara para o que oferecem!

Muito caro para dormir dentro da ferrovia

Reservei quarto com vista para o rio e recebi um dentro da ferrovia, com trem passando até tarde. Toalha de banho rasgada, condições bem precárias. Vários prédios foram emendados e o hotel é um quebra cabeça. Atendimento super educado e atencioso. Mas o hotel é um horror. No segundo dia, me trocaram de quarto e fui para o que eu havia reservado, com vista. Mais confortável, mas com box meio de blindex e meio de cortina. Café da manhã bem ruim.

Excelente opção em Águas Calientes.

O hotel é simples, mas excelente opção para quem quer ir a Machu Picchu. Nosso quarto era voltado para o rio e a vista é linda e pôde-se dormir com o barulho das águas do rio urubamba. Uma delícia. O café da manha é variado e farto. O staff foi muito educado, cordial e atencioso, fazendo da estadia uma excelente experiência.
