The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices.

Nice hotel that could have been so much more

We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

A Piscina muito boa, mais precisa de mais atenção com relação aos casais adolescentes, onde presenciei alguns ato inadequados para o ambiente, o ar condicionado precisei deixar ligado quase o dia todo para manter fresco estava fraco e o café da manhã muito limitado, onde só tinha salsicha, ovo com creme de leite horrível, calabresa frita, farofa de cuscuz, aipim e batata doce, dois tipo de bolo e pão.

Fiquei hospedado na Pousada Villa Supreme Pratagi, em Maceió/AL, com entrada no dia 16 a 19/12, e infelizmente a experiência foi muito negativa. Ao chegar, fui direcionado ao quarto nº 102, que apresentava falta total de limpeza: armários empoeirados, piso e área externa sujos, além do banheiro conter fezes de calango, situação totalmente inaceitável. As toalhas de banho não estavam cheirosas, com aspecto de falta de higienização. Também paguei por um sistema de ofurô com água quente, porém a água estava extremamente suja, com cabelos e resíduos, impossibilitando o uso. Diante disso, precisei solicitar troca de quarto. Outro ponto bastante desagradável foi a presença excessiva de gatos nas dependências da pousada. Durante as refeições, os animais circulavam entre as mesas, pedindo comida aos hóspedes, causando desconforto e preocupação com higiene. Ressalto que os funcionários foram educados, gentis e atenciosos, sempre mantendo boa postura no atendimento. No entanto, isso não compensa a péssima estrutura, a falta de limpeza e a desorganização do local. Não recomendo esta pousada e não voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Equipe bem educada, quarto grande e limpo mas com visível falta de manutençao, é difícil pra atenderem solicitações basicas. São duas situaçoes, já me hospedei na minha lua de mel e avisamos antes e não decoraram o quarto, na segunda vez q fui guarda roupa com porta quebrada e lâmpadas queimadas, quando solicitamos a troca meu esposo q fez a troca, só deixaram as lâmpadas. E pra finalizar demos de presente a lua de mel da minha melhor amiga avisamos duas vezes q era lua de mel e pagamos o quarto mais caro com ofurô e mais uma vez não decoraram como nas fotos e o ofurô nem funcionava e tinha aparência de bem velho! Enfim precisam melhorar!

O lugar é lindo, o quarto é espaçoso, a cama enorme e o colchão é top! O ar não estava funcionando, o chuveiro estava frio, mas o pior foi conseguir chegar, o endereço não bate, fui parar em um motel, depois em uma favela, encontramos o lugar por acaso, o nome que está aqui não bate com o nome que eles estão usando lá, ficamos perdidos até encontrar. Ao chegar relatei na recepção, mas a senhora fez um poço caso danado, disse que o erro é do app que outras pessoas já disseram a mesma coisa. Ou seja tanto aqui app quanto lá o hotel não estao nem aí para o hóspede.

O atendimento desse hotel é péssimo, não nos levaram até o quarto, para achar o quarto foi muito difícil. O atendimento do restaurante da piscina é pior ainda, nos cobraram 12 reais para levar um prato 5 metros depois, sem falar que cada pedido tinhamos que sair da piscina e ir molhados fazer o pedido no restaurante, porque não tem um atendente para retirar pedido na área da piscina. Quando acaba a estadia, parece que querem nos expulsar. Sem conforto algum para o hóspede. Péssimo em tudo.
