Pessoal muito receptivo, da cozinha, limpeza e recepção. Só uma funcionária da recepção que nao é muito simpática. Os meninos são excelentes recepcionistas, os de dia e da noite. Café da manhã normal. Só recomendaria prestar atenção no suco que estavam com muita água. Capuccino muito bom. Hotel muito bem localizado, pequeno e confortável. Lençóis cheiroso. Só as toalhas que merecem trocar porque já estão grosseiras e desgastadas. Travesseiro macios. O ar condicionado gela muito bem. O black-out muito bom.

De regular a bom.

O apartamento era muito pequeno e não tinha armário fechado para roupas. O hotel possui um bom estacionamento coberto e privativo. Quanto à limpeza considero muito boa, o café da manhã oferecido gratuitamente considerei regular, abaixo da minha expectativa.

Experiência boa, mas com excessos desnecessários

Me hospedei no hotel e, de modo geral, tive uma boa experiência. O ponto alto é, sem dúvida, o conforto e a excelente localização. O hotel fica próximo à Ponta Verde e permite fazer muita coisa a pé, o que torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. No entanto, há alguns pontos que merecem atenção. Durante minha hospedagem, fui avisado quatro vezes que o checkout era ao meio-dia (na entrada e sempre que deixava o cartão na portaria). Isso causou certo constrangimento. Informações assim devem ser passadas uma única vez, no momento do check-in, de forma cordial. Além disso, senti falta de um pano de chão no box do banheiro, o que ajudaria a evitar que a água do chuveiro se espalhasse pelo quarto. Com pequenos ajustes, a experiência pode ser ainda melhor.

Excelente localização na Ponta Verde, hotel com boas instalações, garagem não muito grande, mas com estacionamento na rua em volta dele, possui elevador, com bom café da manhã, equipe de funcionários excelentes, atenciosos, já havia me hospedado antes aqui, única coisa ruim foi o quarto desta estadia ser muito pequeno
