O flat que escolhi ideal para duas pessoas, muitas comodidades disponíveis não usei todas, mas bem organizado e funcionários dispostos e simpáticos. Check in rápido e checkout tbm. O meu quarto fica de frente para umas máquinas e com a janela aberta faz muito barulho. Mas fora isso amei a hospedagem!!

Lugar show. Bem organizado, com armários e itens de cozinha funcionando bem. Todo o local com móveis planejados, otimizando o espaço. As camas era ótimas também. A sacada bem aconchegante e ampla. O banheiro bem limpo, organizado e o chuveiro delicioso...a melhor parte! Atendimento maravilhoso, sempre que necessitamos fomos bem atendidos. No terraço tem uma piscina linda, sem falar no restante do espaço social, que era também maravilhoso e de frente para o mar. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação ou ponto negativo.

Experiência relativamente boa, o hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, porém deixa a desejar na parte das trocas de toalhas de banho e pano de chão do banheiro, tem que pagar a parte, eles compram 10 reais por cada toalha de banho que trocar, o pano de chão também é cobrado 10 reais, se não pagar, eles limpam o banheiro e deixa o pano de chão sujo todas as diárias, e para pagar, você tem que ir no hotel do lado, descer na chuva e ir buscar e voltar com as toalhas nos braços sem nenhuma proteção, totalmente incoerente com a estrutura do hotel, algo tão simples de resolver e acaba gerando um transtorno par ao hóspede que se tiver sozinho, com criança, da mais trabalho ainda. O cartão da porta, eles só disponibilizam 1 cartão, então se o casal sair pra fazer atividades diferentes, vai ter que se virar pra abrir a porta, enfim, falta alguns ajustes básicos pra ficar bom conforme a estrutura do local oferece. Quanto ao resto, foi tudo muito tranquilo.Gostamos

Minha estadia no RN Studio foi maravilhosa! Tudo incrivelmente agradável, o quarto é muito confortável, camas macias e com lençóis cheirosos; a cozinha tem tudo o que precisa, fogão por indução muito prático; banheiro com amenidades de banho, toalhas macias e cheirosas, a vista do quarto para o mar é um espetáculo, a sacada é ampla e tem essa vista linda. A área externa é maravilhosa! A piscina de borda infinita com vista pro mar, o louge é agradável e bonito. O atendimento na recepção foi muito cordial e agilizado. Nota 1000 para o lugar. A localização é boa, beira-mar e tem supermercados bem próximos, além de alguns quiosques perto. Também fica razoavelmente perto de uma das avenidas principais. O local tem estacionamento, embora eu não utilizei.

A recepção demorou para liberar nosso quarto, estávamos cansados da viagem. Como a reserva já havia sido feita há tempos, acredito que tiveram bastante tempo para deixar tudo preparado para nossa estadia. O local é muito bonito, tudo novo , decorado com muito bom gosto. Outro ponto que precisa ser observado pela direção é sobre a arrumação e limpeza dos quartos, saíamos cedo e deixavamos a TAG na porta solicitando que fosse limpo o quarto, mas isso só aconteceu uma vez, sendo que ficamos os outros 5 dias sem ter o quarto arrumado . Precisamos pedir para a camareira que estava no corredor para trocar as toalhas pq não estavam mais em condições de uso. Fora estas questões o local é muito bom.

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei nesta modalidade (tipo estúdio). Senti falta de um restaurante no hotel. O quarto é super confortável e tem boa estrutura. De negativo apenas um cheirinho estranho sempre que ficava fechado. A garagem do quarto que fiquei não tinha cobertura e não foi muito agradável sair do carro com chuva. Contudo, atende as expectativas.

O apto é lindo e com otima estrutura, porem ficamos decepcionados com o mau cheiro no banheiro. Alem disso, pegamos o Apto Luxo com vista pro oceano, e nos colocaram num andar baixo, de canto, que quase nao dava pra ver o mar. Infelizmente nao recomendo, existem opcoes melhores.

O studio é incrível ! Porém a recepção é muito ruim . Não tem compromisso e pouco se importa com os hóspedes!

Foi tudo Maravilho, exceto...

Foi ótimo!! super lindo, confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Porém tenho uma ressalva super importante,segundo a recepção a sala de jogos não é aberta (somente se alugar o dia R$ 500,00) isso é ruim, pois queríamos poder usufruir 1 hora, mas não é liberado, até pagaríamos um valor desde que justo, contudo, nem foi dado a opção, mas isso é uma questão do condominio.
