Our stay was not pleasant. The Hotel does not live up to expectations. It is not a 4 star hotel. Our check in was at 12:00, we arrived at 1:30 pm and it took them 40 minutes to check in and then they informed us that there was no room available. We were only able to get into the room at 4:00 pm. We were with children and it was complicated. When they released the room, there was no sheet on the bed and the floor was dirty. The shower only ran cold water, only the other day there was hot water in the shower. Breakfast to be desired. The parking lot has a very bad entrance, cramped and internally very difficult to maneuver. The entire staff is very slow to provide service. I do not recommend this stay

Funcionarios e atendimento perfeito, todos otimos e prestativos Pontos negativos, taxa do pet de 104 a diária muito alto, elevador sem funcionar por mais de uma semana. Somente 1 em uso para hospedes e servicos, obra no apto ao lado iniviando as 7 da manha e parando somente quanfo reclamava, de rszto tudo otimo, café da manha impecável.

Estadia tranquila!!!

Ficamos em quarto reformado, no nono andar, com vista mar, inclusive de dentro do box do chuveiro! O café da manhã tem muitas opções, dando, inclusive, para atender pessoas com restrições alimentares!... A equipe foi muito atenciosa, em especial a Anny da Recepção, a Juliana da Tapioca e o Carlos, o Oswaldo e a Tainá do Restaurante. O Mercure Hotel fica bem localizado, do lado da nova roda gigante de Maceió e perto de bons restaurantes, como o Marô e o 759 Parrilla, dando para fazer muita coisa a pé, entre elas: visitar o Pavilhão de Artesanato, a Feirinha de Artesanato, o Mercado das Artes...
