Bom mas com ressalvas.

No geral foi boa. Mas o atendimento poderia ser melhor. Ponto negativo é que não tem estacionamento. Além disso, o hotel diz que aceita pet, mas o pet não pode ficar nem um momento sozinho no quarto, impossibilitando que o hóspede realmente desfrute 100%. Se é para aceitar pet deveria ter uma política mais flexível. Até pq não levamos nosso pet para o trabalho no dia a dia. Café da manhã bom.

O Hotel Refúgio oferece uma excelente estadia. Eu viajei sozinha e senti que a equipe me acolheu com muita gentileza e atenção. Recebi muitas dicas úteis sobre passeios, alimentação, segurança... O hotel é confortavel, limpo e muito bem cuidado. Amei o café da manhã: higiene impecável, comida deliciosa e variada, comi mais do que devia, pois era tentadora!!! Se tiver uma chance de voltar a Maceió, é lá que vou me hospedar.
