Os atendentes são muito atenciosos. O hotel poderia melhorar a parte do café da manhã, os utensílios são muito antigos e os alimentos não são armazenados de forma correta. No aspecto geral precisa- se melhorar a higiene e roupas de cama são muito manchadas.

O hotel em si é bem simples e confortável. 2 pontos de atenção que o hotel pode melhorar: 1- O local tem muito pernilongo e, em nosso caso, tivemos que comprar veneno e repelente; 2- O local do café da manhã é aberto e tem muitos mosquitos e algumas moscas tbm, isso, de certa forma, acaba atrapalhando bastante. No geral, o local e a sua infraestrutura são bons! O time de colaboradores tbm são bons e prestativos!

Necessário melhorias.

Colchao em péssima condicao dos dois quartos que ficamos, café da manha pareciam que estavam racionando as comidas, pouca fruta, um dia fizeram tapioca de massa o outro dia nao tinha nem tapioca, faltou pao e queijo. Estacionamento com poucas vagas comparadao ao número de quarto, sendo assim os que chegam mais tarde tem que deixar na rua lateral.

Ótimo hotel, a localização é muito boa, não tem vista para o mar, mas fica muito perto da feirinha e da orla com muitas opções de restaurantes. O estacionamento é rotativo e não tem muitas vagas.

Péssima estadia, péssimo e monstruoso café da manhã (Inacreditável). Um café abandonado, jogado as traças, com sujeira, bagunça e pouquíssimas opções. Hotel virado em mosquitos.. O pior hotel em já fiquei. Meu quarto não foi limpo em nenhum momento. Vergonha total!

Estadia boa, hotel confortável, recepção excelente super prestativos e educados. Cafe da manhã ótimo. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza da piscina estava cheia de areia e alguns matos devido a limpeza da grama que um dos funcionários tinha feito, cheguei a avisar na recepção porém o problema não foi solucionado, isso continuou por vários dias.

Hotel perfeito em Maceió.

Melhor custo beneficio da cidade, café excelente com variedade de comida, tapioca, frios e frutas, muito bom! Quartos bem limpinhos, tv e wifi funcionando, piscina muito gostosa e ambiente excelente para família, amei esta no hotel Palmanova e vou voltar novamente.
