Wonderful hotel.

The view to the ocean from the rooftop where the breakfast is offered is fantastic. The room was comfy and bathroom clean well equipped. Easy access to the beach, many restaurants and big offer of services around. Highly recommend it, for family with kids or solo, it's very good.

No respect from the check in staff, kept talking to my husband even though I made the booking? Then they tried to charge some made up tourist tax even though we paid more through the website than direct! The pool water was half empty and the elevators were shonky. Do not reccomend, just another greedy business.

The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy. My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience.

Hotel básico, nada especial. Piscina é um aquário!

Reservei esse hotel baseada na nota que estava no site mas realmente não corresponde a realidade. O hotel é bem básico, sem nada de especial. A piscina na verdade é um aquário com 1,15 cm de profundidade. O restaurante e apertado, cheio de espelhos e os pedidos, quando prontos, são avisados por chamada de senha identica aos hospitais. Não fica um minuto sem esse incômodo. Portas dos quartos sem isolamento, muito barulho nos corredores...Pontos positivos: localização e funcionários do café da manha que são atenciosos e gentis. Os produtos oferecidos no café também são bons só o ambiente que é estressante.

Quartos ao lado de obra, atendimento do café bem ruim, no primeiro dia perguntei por bacon, a menina do atendimento falou q ia providenciar tomei café 3 dias e nada de bacon. No segundo questionei novamente, mas no 3d 0 bacon. Atendimento do check-in bem demorado. Único diferencial é a localização. Mas cobra caro pra entrega geral mediana.
