It was my first time to change my hotel for my last trip and thankful for the warm welcome and hospitality of the hotel management, supervisors and staff. Room was clean with great amenities and nice view. There were free welcome drinks, chocolates and personalized note from the Front Desk Manager. I enjoyed my stay at Sands. Excellent Value

My aunt and I stayed at the Deluxe King room. It was very spacious and comfortable with excellent water view. Really appreciate the size and layout of the room. It is especially nice to have a wall partition between the two beds which gave us privacy. The spacious bathroom with double sinks and separate door for the toilet worked out great. For the price, we couldn't have ask for more. Will definitely stay in the same type room our next visit.

The hotel is in a good position in Macau, it is very close to some of the older parts of the city, which is a plus if you like to eat the local and street foods. Many good local restaurants, and prices are not bad. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not help enough. The only thing I did not like was how hard and expensive it was just to have a simple beer or wine. That part was terrible.

I checked out of Crowne Plaza after my first night and moved into Sands for my remaining 3 nights. I am so glad I make that decision! Not only is Sands located in a convenient location on the main entertainment area, there are high frequency free hotel bus shuttle services to Venetian, Border Gate and Ferry Terminal. What make Sands special is the service and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, to the bell and Security are warm and welcoming. This can't be fake. They make you feel welcomed!

I have requested a non-smoking room, but the living room area smells like an ash tray. I have asked housekeeping to attend to the problem. But all they could do was spray air fresheners, which it didn’t help much. I was disappointed with room, it kinda defeated our purpose of booking a suite, as we couldn’t use to the living room area as much we would like to be. On the second day, when we came back to the room. The housekeeping team leave our used plate, empty can and the dirty glass on the dining table. We even put the used napkin next to it, but the table wasn’t cleaned at all.

カジノ内のスタッフ、レストランも含めて全員無愛想でした。 チェックインの際、名前も言っていないのに、フロントの方から名前を呼ばれてびっくりしました。 サンズマカオさんは日本語スタッフが居ませんでした。 部屋にはミネラルウオーター４本、コーヒー、紅茶などのＴパック以外は無く、冷蔵庫も空っぽ、ウェルカムお菓子なども無かったですね。
