O hotel nao tem banho quente, quarto completamente diferentes das fotos, nao tem frigobar, nao tem tv, camas horriveis,banheiro mal limpo, cafe da manha tao ruim que provocou mal estar estomacal, recepcao ineficiente. Pior hitel de Macae, RJ em minha opiniao.

Hotel antigo precisando modernizacao

Cama confortavel, staff acessivel e simpatico, cafe da manha otimo, mas infelizmente o hotel é antigo e precisa muito de renovação e modernizacao. O ar condicionado esta em pessimas condicoes sem protecao externa onde pombos podem entrar. Ha muitos quartos vazios no andar em reforma, onde os pombos tbm entram e se alojam, fazendo com q a higiene do local seja questionavel .

Quarto apresentada degradação, ar condicionado foi trocado por um sub-dimencionado e levou horas para gelar o quarto. Dreno do ar condicionado entupido fazendo gotejar para dentro do quarto, qua amanheceu com piso alagado. Tentei carregar o celular e metade das tomadas não funcionava.

Se vc não tiver dinheiro para ficar, ele serve. Café da manhã parece que passou um arrastão, fui 7:40 e já não tinha mais nada. Tb no quarto sem controle, banheiro com mal cheiro, quarto mofado. Não volto.
