"The property is located in a nice quiet area not far off I 93. The room was a nice size and comfortable with a small full kitchen which we didn't use except for the refrigerator. The breakfast was adequate and the exercise room was well maintained and clean. "

"Decent business hotel overall, but the experience fell apart where it mattered most. We booked this stay specifically for the amenities, and only got about three hours and one night out of them before everything shut down. Someone got sick in the pool, and because overnight staff wasn’t monitoring it, the entire area had to close. Huge disappointment—especially for the kids, who were really looking forward to using those amenities. When that’s the main reason you book a place, it’s frustrating to lose access so quickly with no backup plan. That said, I will give credit where it’s due: the GM did step in and make it right with a partial refund, which was appreciated. Still, better oversight—especially overnight—would have prevented the situation entirely."
