"I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed! "

"Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. "

"The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. "Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen.
