Personnel very helpful, although sometimes difficult to find. Excellent location, tastefully decorated. Bed was a little soft four our taste, but very nice stau.

I loved the personal and friendly welcome by the owner. I also really liked the dining room and living room downstairs, and saw some other guests studying and reading in there. It gives a cozy feeling when you're coming back after dinner, and has a homey old-fashioned charm that reflects the reasons I loved Maastricht so much.

Maastricht festive break

My friend and i stayed at this lovely, quaint hotel for 2 nights. It is in a perfect location, nice area and close to the centre. The staff were really friendly and so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room wS spacious and the bed was so comfy! We will be back, thank you Joules and all the staff.

Would stay again!

Great location, peaceful and yet walking distance everywhere. Excellent service! Spacious room with character. I only missed some place to hang towels in the bathroom. Free coffee and water station and very nice lounge area. Overall very nice stay in a historical building with great staff.

Bien en general. No hay elevador así que toca subir la maletas por las escaleras. Desayuno espectacular, el staff súper amable y servicial. Habitaciones amplias pero la mía en especial tenía un olor como a viejo.

Prachtig hotel, zeer sfeervol en verzorgd. Prettige ontvangst en heerlijk ontbijt. Jammer dat de rooklucht van het terras in het trappenhuis trekt. Maar overall zeer goed, en ook nog op een uitstekende locatie.

De kamer is vergane glorie. Badkamer klein en outdated. Rafelige handdoeken en badmat, schimmel in douchecabine. Overall staat is matig. Ontbijt was wel erg goed verzorgd en personeel is vriendelijk.

Bright and spacious double room, Les Charmes is located in an older well kept building in the centre of Maastricht. I would have liked to have a kettle and teabags in the room. For the price I expected breakfast. Very clean, up to date bathroom, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed. I enjoyed the little patio at the back.

stijlvol en sfeervol

Het is een heerlijk klein en verzorgd hotel op een sfeervolle locatie in het centrum van Maastricht. Vlakbij leuke pleintjes en met twintig minuten lopen ben je de stad uit en sta je aan de voet van de Sint Pietersberg. Een aanrader!

This hotel was not your typical hotel. It felt more like staying in a bed and breakfast. We arrived late and everything was waiting for us. Bed was comfortable and very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Keurig, ietswat basic, hotel in centrum Maastricht. Echt prima en zeer centraal. Helaas geen airco in de warme julimaand... Dat misten wij wel! Maar verder echt keurig en goede service.

Every bit as charming

I felt very welcome in this lovely boutique hotel with a helpful and service minded host. Breakfast was great and I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water bottles. Great location for business, shopping and sightseeing.
