Great staff, not so great facilities

The building looked fine outside but inside it was not what we expected, sloppy renovation, not properly clean, our room smelled mouldy, and the bathroom was a plastic cubicle. Service, however, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A couple of items were missing in the room but they were delivered quickly. Also, allergy free options were made available at breakfast upon request. The elderly gentleman serving the breakfast was super friendly and organised alternative products quickly and with care.

Old and outdated rooms and elevator. Very expensive € 164 per night. Dirty stained carped. Very dusty doors. Weird bathroom. Lamps that do not work. Breakfast ok, dinner awful, way overpriced and very salty. A dump!

Arrived at 20:00 and the reception ordered us dinner, despite kitchen closing. That was good. Checked into damp smelling room, stained floor and walls, shower too small to turn around without getting stuck to curtain. Noted the slow-dripping ceiling just outside the door after dinner, and immediately informed the reception, who noted our desire to move rooms (while saying everything was booked that and following night), but did not check (said they would put a can down to catch water) nor inform the management (as evidenced next morning). Informed the adult management in the morning of the leak, who asked if we would still like to change rooms. Much better room with airflow through windows and clean updated bathroom. Walls still scarred and stained, but otherwise ok room. So, wrap up: rooms subpar for price and facility needing piping repair; young employees friendly, but hurried to depart; manager good and receptive. $200 per night is too much—-look for $125, and avoid rooms 101-108.

Under ett år bor vi mycket på hotell. Men valet av detta hotel var en katastrof från vi kom till vi åkte. Framför allt hade personalen ingen koll vilket resultera i lång incheckning. Vi kom lite senare på kvällen och stannade på rummet på morgonen skulle vi betala en dryck från baren där vi aldrig varit. Vi fick en frukostbiljett som vi visade upp för frukostpersonalen som irriterat skickade oss till receptionen. När vi kom ut till receptionen skickade den personalen oss tillbaka. Men vi bad då om hjälp för frukostpersonalen visste inte vad att göra. Ofräscha rum som var i renoverings behov. dåligt med parkeringar. '''Ett väldigt rörigt otrevligt hotel. Tips välj annat hotel

Ontvangst erg vriendelijk, kamer behoorlijk saai, kast zó oud, badkamer uit de eind 70tiger jaren, vreselijk donker, een ledlamp in de plafonnière zou helpen om wat te zien. Een paar haakjes om iets op te hangen handig. Bedden erg doorgezakt, bureautje handig, 2 stoeltjes oke. Eetzaal en ontbijtzaal netjes, ober aardig, ontbijt buffet gedeeltje ongezellig. Was oké voor 2 nachten maar het douchen maar vergeten en thuis gedaan.

Prima ontbijt. Van alles wat. Badkamer prima. Lekkere bedden. Door personeel tekort lang moeten wachten op diner in het restaurant. Wij hadden er geen moeite mee maar veel gasten klaagden hierover. De lift was kapot dus moesten we via de heel smalle trap naar de 3e verdieping. Er verbleven veel ouderen in het hotel die slecht ter been waren dus die hadden wel een probleem. Verder kon je lekker buiten zitten om te eten of wat te drinken. De bediening deed hij best.

Eenvoudige kamer

Prima kamer en ontbijt tijdens verblijf. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer welke wel heel klein was maar het kostte ook niet veel en was inclusief ontbijt. Prijs via hotels.com was goedkoper dan direct boeken.

Ziemlich altes renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel, mega hellhörig.Bad von 1970, das Personal war sehr freundlich das Frühstück richtig gut. Im gesamten Hotel roch es muffig.wir würden es nicht weiterempfehlen.preis war zwar günstig aber dann lieber etwas mehr zahlen!
