家族と2泊しました。お部屋は予想以上に広かったです。 壁取り付けのドライヤーのパワーが弱いと感じました。 冬でしたのでバスタブがあるのは嬉しかったです。 ヘアコンディショナーはありましたが、シャンプーが見当たらずフロントに問い合わせをしたところ、ボディーソープと兼用だと教えていただきました。 全体的に歴史を感じるホテルではあるものの、駅前の立地は荷物を持って移動がとても楽で、また清潔感もありました。

Mijn vrouw en ik checkten in op onze kamer en waren aan het ontspannen na onze reis. Plotseling probeerde een andere gast onze kamer binnen te komen. Het bleek dat de receptiemedewerkers een andere gast een sleutel van onze kamer hadden gegeven. Dit is schandalig. We waren bang om in de kamer te zijn en durfden er niet meer uit, bezorgd over onze persoonlijke bezittingen. Ons weekend was verpest. We kregen geen enkele compensatie aangeboden. We hebben meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de receptie, maar behalve een mondelinge verontschuldiging kregen we niets. Kortom, een vreselijk hotel met een schandalige houding.

The carpet in our room was very stained, but otherwise tidy enough. The parking garage is on site and easily accessible, but verrrry tight, even for a small car. The facilities in general, including the pool and restrooms are quite run-down and looking their age. All in all, the hotel is average and fine for a short stay, but I don't understand how it's considered 4 stars.

Op zich een prettige plek om te verblijven, vriendelijke medewerkers, uitgebreide ontbijt keus, lekker geluncht. Grote min: het was veel te warm op de kamer waardoor we beide nachten slecht geslapen hebben. En daar kom je toch voor. Na eerste nacht opmerking over gemaakt, zou naar gekeken worden, geen enkel verschil. Verder douche zo opgehangen boven het bad dat je weinig bewegingsruimte hebt en je schenen akelig stoot aan de badkraan. Toiletten op niveau van zwembad uitermate smerig. Deze punten beïnvloeden de normering sterk.

My room was 10deg hotter than the temp outside and even hotter than the hallway. It was summer and I had air conditioning on full. I told staff a few times and they said they’d fix it or put me another room but instead just gave me a fan. It didn’t really help.

Stayed for 2 nights for parkrun. Selected the hotel as we came by train. Added bonus of the swimming pool which we used. Had to keep the window open so it was a bit noisy and you could smell the kebab van opposite but after midnight it was quiet.
