People upstairs were loud and noisy on two separate nights.






The staff was not what we have experienced at other hotels on the island. We did not receive our towel cards and when we asked for towels, my husband was met with major attitude. The attendant kept quizzing him on our room number and telling him “try again” when finally he realized we were right ...

Beautiful, great shops, amazing spa and pools. We got a cabana and it was absolutely worth it! Very close to beach which was ideal. Will absolutely come back.

Staff was amazing! Room was clean and better than expected, didn’t know I would have a view of the ocean and I got to sit out on the patio to watch the whales. Stunning view, however the amenities were very limited. No room service or gym. I had to make my own bed. Not sure why do they charge a resort fee, this is not a resort.
