「Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. 「When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do. I feel like the hotel should have given us a percentage off of what I paid becuase we had amenities that were not working. Normally I would not watch TV but due to bad weather I...
