"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. I wish some more of the amenities were open, but I still really enjoyed my time there."

"Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The lift is tricky and is only for carrying luggage. You will still need to climb the stairs to reach your room. No staff is on site and you can only contact them by phone."

"Pros: Cleanliness, staff, location, room safebox, fridge, bedding, wi-fi. Neutral: Breakfast Cons: There is, literally, no place to store your belongings in the room. No closets, no dressers. There isn't even one of those folding stands to put your luggage on. You will be living out of your suitcase. This was not only a feature of my room, which I believe was the least expensive in the hotel, but the more expensive rooms as well. This makes no sense (unless it is true of all hotels in Seoul?). I found this very inconvenient as it compromised the comfort of the room."
