The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. "I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. "
