「I stayed there 3 nights.Everything is good (Room/Price/Breakfast/Staff/Free airport shuttle service) except their terrible sound insulation room, You can hear a lot of voice sometimes. There are several blackout situations during my stay. You had better pay it all in advance,otherwise you might be double charged by their new employee.」

「Overnight stay before safari - we arrived in the dark after a flight delay and had to leave early so unable to enjoy most of the facilities - but the room was clean, great facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (the receptionist even walked me to the nearest restaurant). Great breakfast. Situated just inside gated estate with high security. Only comment on room is the toilet is inside a frosted glass shower enclosure in the room.」

「The check-in process was very slow, and I mentioned it in a quick review. The next day, the hotel sent me a "peace offering" for the inconvenience. Nice of them to do that. I am impressed by their very quick response. I will stay here again.」
