「Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. 」

「Pleasant green surroundings for a Johannesburg hotel, with spacious rooms. But the food and drinks prices were very expensive for the area so bear this in mind. I was disappointed also that the one treadmill in the gym was not working and I was not permitted to run around the grounds」

「Rooms were old , outdated and not very clean . Tea station was full of dust and previous guest hair was in the shower . No one ever answers from reception when you call / dial 100 for assistance . 1 porter and the delay to wait to serve the entire hotel is unacceptable . Breakfast while was acceptable, the service was bad with no one clearing tables , providing cutlery , reheating coffees etc. Won’t come back ..」

「I stayed there 3 nights.Everything is good (Room/Price/Breakfast/Staff/Free airport shuttle service) except their terrible sound insulation room, You can hear a lot of voice sometimes. There are several blackout situations during my stay. You had better pay it all in advance,otherwise you might be double charged by their new employee.」
