「Very friendly staff. Great location with appropriate parking in front of room. Lovely bathroom with good shower. Beds ok but didn’t like the provided pillow but tolerable for 1 night. The overall room at first glance was clean but the provided cups and cutlery looked dirty. The ones we wanted to use we washed ourselves and ensured to clean them prior to leaving. Visible filth on the aircon remote and couldn't get the aircon to work for warmth but didnt bother us because we brought warm winter...

How they did not know this for 2 months is beyond my comprehension. They apologized and basically told me it was my problem to deal with and also told me to cancel.
