Dette er et fint sted på vår vei mot Spania. Rommet var meget pent og ordentlig og de ansatte meget serviceminded og trivelige. Vi synes nok at frokosten var noe dårlig når det gjelder utvalg og kvalitet.

Bedre aircondition ønskes

Pga høje temperaturer ville vi gerne ha’ et køligt rum om natten. Det var dog ikke muligt at få aircondition til at køle særlig meget. Ellers fint ophold.

Très bon hôtel

WE de festival à 10mn de l hôtel. Très bon rapport Qualité Prix. Reception ouverte 24/24. Personnel très à l écoute, bravo!. Petit Déjeuner excellent. Mais manque un petit frigo dans la chambre. Pas de rideau de douche. Difficile de ne pas arroser toute la salle de bain en se douchant.

Facile d’accès

Proche de l’autoroute A46 que l’on entend bien, mais c’est aussi un atout car facile d’accès. Situé dans une zone commerciale avec Leclerc, la vie claire, marie blachere … il y a tout ce qui faut autour. Le restaurant est très bon. En revanche un changement de porte de salle de bain ne serait pas un luxe, de même que les TV qui sont d’un autre âge.

Séjour catastrophique. Ils y avait un trou dans le matelas on a eu mal au dos les 4 jours. Nous avons demander à changer de chambres ils nous ont fait tourner en rond. Le ménage des chambres n'étais pas fait tout les jours. Je vous déconseille cet hôtel mercure

Hôtel au top, je recommande

Premier séjour dans cet hôtel. Une belle surprise. Je vous recommande cet établissement. Le personnel est charmant, agréable, à votre écoute et très professionnel. La chambre est confortable, propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Quelle merveilleuse surprise au restaurant. Quand on dit que Lyon est la capitale de la gastronomie française, je vous conseille de dîner dans cet hôtel, le repas est juste au top, délicieux, joliment présenté, prix correct. Un grand bravo à la cheffe et l'équipe en cuisine. Par ailleurs, tout le personnel est très professionnel et très attentifs à vous rendre votre séjour agréable. Un parking bien dimensionné. Que dire de +? De passage sur Lyon ? ne cherchez pas, cet hôtel est top. Merci

Bon accueil avec conseils, et flyer pour profiter au mieux de la Fête des Lumières. Chambre confortable et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner parfait avec énormément de choix avec un effort à noter pour le zéro déchet plastique. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Je recommande vivement.

Odeur de tabac et pbm de réservation

Problème entre expédia et l’hôtel , les âges des enfants diffèrent (hôtel.com enfant = -18 , accord enfant <12 ans .. cherchez l’erreur ) du coup soit disant je n’avais pas pris les petits déjeuner ( hors bien indiqués sur les bons de commande ) l’hôtel m’a demandé de rajouter 18€ pour 1 petit dej .. mais surtout ce qui m’énerve c’est d’être mis devant le fait accompli !!! Sinon couloir du second étage = cendrier , heureusement que les chambres sont non fumeur !!!, merci de faire respecter
