Not really a full service hotel

Room sold on the basis of hotel services with on-site restaurant. On arrival, discovered restaurant is closed and staff leave at 10:30pm locking up the bar and communal areas.

Très bel hôtel. Bien placé pour une halte. Beau jardin. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Belle chambre avec tout l'équipement de ce type d'hôtel. Petit-déjeuner correct, sans plus. Manque de choix.

Belle maison

Une très jolie maison, bien menée. Belle literie, beau linge, produits l’Occitane. La pomme de douche avait une fuite, facile à réparer en resserrant. La table est excellente, très qualitative, en revanche attention à l’attente entre les plats, trop longue. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Certains services pas au niveau

Nous sommes déjà venu 4 fois, toujours un plaisir côté deco, confort et calme. La literie est incroyable de confort. L’insonorisation est excellente. Le gros bémol est qu’un hôtel de ce niveau devrait proposer une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique digne de ce nom. Tesla 22kw dans l’idéal. La solution proposée est ridicule. Cela fait 5 ans que nous leur demandons. Du coup nous ne viendrons plus jusqu’à ce qu’ils installent une vraie recharge. Le personnel est gentil et ne change pas au fil du temps, ce qui est appréciable, mais on ne voit jamais la direction !

Belle adresse, on recommande!

Nous avons fait un stop (1 nuit) lors de notre retour de vacance, nous sommes arrivés tard donc nous n avons pas dîner, mais l accueil, le confort et le petit déjeuner le lendemain était très bien, très bel endroit avec des personnes très accueillantes et agréables, proche de l autoroute donc très pratique et une chambre très bien insonorisée donc au calme.Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Lovely hotel. It is the French equivalent of a converted stately home. It has only 18 rooms but our junior suite had high ceilings, French doors that opened on to the courtyard and lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. The in-room safe could have been better both in its placement (it was on the bottom of the wardrobe meaning you had to kneel on the floor to operate it) and in its operation (we couldn't get it to work but the staff were so friendly and helpful, they provided us with the key that is used by stay to unlock the safe. As it was only relevant to the safe in our room the was no danger to others). But the breakfast, which was an additional charge, was definitely worth very euro. The best 'continental: breakfast I have ever been offered. Scrambled egg, hams, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, breads, etc, etc. You really couldn't ask for more! Definitely will return if I'm in the area.

A very painful experience of occupancy！The room condition of this hotel is very bad. I feel very sorry for the hotel's handling and attitude. We found the black bug crawling on the bed and some blood on the bed too.We immediately asked the hotel to change rooms but was told that the room was full. and we left the hotel angrily, though it was 11 midnight.

Wonderful surprise

This was our first time to stay at Maison d'Anthouard and we were very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the building and grounds were beautiful and the food was awesome. We will be back!

Clairement il n'y a rien a dire. L'hotel top, literie top, petit dejeuner top, accueil très chaleureux. C'est un hotel magnifique, ancien chateau secondaire de Henry IV.

très jolie bâtisse, avec des chambres et des salles de bain décorées avec gout , calmes et accueillantes. Table délicieuse originale et raffinée. Petit déjeuner copieux et accueillant, personnel attentif . Un seul bémol pour profiter du joli jardin, le bruit de l’autoroute pas loin qui doit rendre l’extérieur moins agréable au printemps et en été. Bon rapport qualité prix

A STUNNING SPOT. THOROUGHLY ENJOYED!

It was a hectic time in Lyon and we wanted to get off the beaten path, so we booked this hotel. This was the most perfect choice. We were overwhelmed with the friendliness and hospitality of the Staff, and the country style of the property.

Parfait pour un séjour romantique à deux. Le personnel était très attentionné, le buffet de petit déjeuner varié et très bon, tout était propre. La chambre était spacieuse, super calme, avec un grand lit douillet dont on ne veut plus sortir! Ecran plat, de nombreuses chaînes (dont les chaînes Canal), une grande douche... Bref, formidable. Juste un peu déçue que le restaurant soit fermé ce soir-là.
